We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the service is confirmed, processed & sent digitally via WeTransfer (our delivery company).

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading your order’s final files. If you want mastering changes, don’t hesitate to ask for these changes, we’re a premium company accepting UNLIMITED change requests.

This means that once an order is placed, it’s clear that the client (you) is happy with our service quality. We encourage all visitors to use our “Free Mastering” service before ordering.
