Please read this policy carefully. This is the official Refund Policy of Pro Track Mastering.
SAME DAY MASTERING DELIVERY
If you don’t get your order delivered by 23:59 PST of the same day you placed the order, you get an automatic full refund, no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund:
- The order must be placed before 4PM PST
- The music files for mastering must be sent before 4PM PST via WeTransfer
- You didn’t get the order delivered by 23:59 PST of the same day
You don’t qualify for a refund when:
- The files you sent are incorrect or there are missing files needed by the mastering engineer (If you send the files correctly before 4PM PST then you qualify again for a refund in case you don’t get the order by 23:59 PST)
- The order is still being verified by 2CheckOut or Amazon after 4PM PST
- The order has been verified by 2Checkout or Amazon after 4PM PST
The official time of our studio is in PST (USA), a refund can take from days to weeks in order to appear in your credit card statement (depends on your bank)
The same day delivery refund policy applies only to Audio Mastering orders, Audio Mixing orders can’t enjoy this deal.
Audio Mastering orders qualify for a refund when:
- The customer purchases Stereo Mastering or Stereo Mastering (MFiT) for 1 to 3 tracks.
- The customer purchases Stem Mastering or Stem Mastering (MFiT) for 1 track
Audio Mastering orders don’t qualify for a refund when:
- The customer purchases Stereo Mastering or Stereo Mastering (MFiT) for 4 or more tracks.
- The customer purchases Stem Mastering or Stem Mastering (MFiT) for 2 or more tracks.
Attention! A human being is your mastering engineer, we don’t use bots or algorithms for mastering. This exclusive same day refund policy can be paused when:
- All mastering engineers are booked for an event
- All mastering engineers are out of the country
- All mastering engineers aren’t able to master an order at the time
When this happens: a banner will be placed below the Same Day Delivery banner that is showed constantly on our store. The new banner will inform all customers that our Same Day refund policy is currently paused.
Customers can’t ask for a refund when an order is placed and this alert banner is showing in our store webpage
In other words, when the Same Day Delivery paused alert banner is ON and you place an order, this order isn’t covered by our Same Day Delivery refund policy. You won’t get a refund.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the service is in process.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues while receiving or downloading your order’s final files. If you want mastering changes, don’t hesitate to ask for these changes, we’re a premium company offering UNLIMITED change requests.
NO REFUND: MAIN REASON
We invite every new customer to use our exclusive Free Mastering service, it’s a premium sample-checking option for those hesitating to place an order. If you place an order, it means you tried our Free Mastering and you’re happy with the result. If you placed an order, you’re unhappy and you haven’t tried our Free Mastering service, there’s nothing we can do about it. We launched the Free Mastering service so you can be sure about our quality of service before you place an order.
No refund will be issued unless you’re covered by our Same Day Delivery refund policy.
